Overview:
Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is seeking a seasoned
Infrastructure Application and Database SME - Lead
to serve as a technical expert supporting exceptionally complex environments across Oracle EBS and Fusion Middleware platforms. As Key Personnel, this role will provide strategic and operational guidance to executive-level project teams while directly supporting system administration, integration, tuning, and troubleshooting efforts. This position requires in-depth knowledge of enterprise Oracle environments and a strong command of technical writing and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical strategy, research, and resolution efforts for highly complex infrastructure, database, and middleware issues within Oracle EBS and related systems.
Provide direct support and subject matter expertise across the following platforms and tools:
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial ERP
Oracle Database (RAC, Active Data Guard, Golden Gate)
Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Hyperion, EDQ, UPK, and GRC tools
Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise application environments supporting over 300,000 users.
Implement and tune Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), high-availability solutions, and performance improvements across mission-critical environments.
Manage the design and operational performance of Oracle Fusion Middleware (12.2 or higher), providing guidance to technical teams and ensuring seamless operation in production.
Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to interpret complex requirements and develop innovative, scalable solutions.
Produce high-quality technical reports, deliverables, and documentation to meet all Government reporting requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of
10 years of experience
supporting enterprise infrastructure and database solutions.
Demonstrated experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers in
Oracle Fusion Middleware 12.2 or higher .
Strong command of the English language, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Additional Required Experience:
Proven experience managing both Design and Operational technical teams responsible for enterprise Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms with 300,000+ users in live production environments.
Preferred Traits:
Deep expertise in Oracle infrastructure and performance tuning.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on secure, high-availability environments.
Ability to lead with technical authority while engaging effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
