Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a Business Analyst to provide advisory & assistance services (A&AS) to support a major defense program, focusing on existing Department of Defense (DoD) processes including travel, task tracking, training coordination across a distributed acquisition program office for the US Space Force. The successful candidate will be a motivated, self-starter who is capable initiating communications across offices and rank, track program details, and consistently execute DoD and Air Force processes. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Air Force and/or Space Force acquisition program.
Key responsibilities include: Manage, track, and audit program data in Air Force Records Management and Defense Travel System Maintain program tracker for program correspondence, actions, and RFIs Support administrative staff including training, providing feedback, and coordinating across staff with varying skills and experiences to ensure delivery of products Coordinate and facilitate communications across a geographically diverse team. Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors REQUIRED Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years providing relevant services to DoD office Prefer recent experience supporting USAF or USSF program offices Experienced with Air Force records management system Experienced with Defense Travel System Demonstrated ability to provide clear and accurate information to clients, external stakeholders, and contract staff Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI
