AI Systems Analyst is to support our artificial intelligence labs initiative and data mining. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in data preprocessing, data analytics, and business intelligence insights. Essential Function
Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks for best AI fit analysis. Conduct evaluation, development and testing of different AI solutions. Research on how to create visuals and dashboards using tools like Python (Matplotlib, Seaborn), Power BI, or Tableau. Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business analysts to understand project requirements. Assist in training cross functional and operational subject matter experts on different AI technologies according to best practices and AI policies. Conduct research on AI trends, tools, and industry applications to support ongoing innovation. Perform quality checks and validation of AI outputs and data pipelines. Create summary reports showcasing the benefits achieved with AI implementations. Create and maintain technical and functional documentation during all project work assigned. Qualifications
Currently holding a bachelor’s or minor degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics and or related field and relevant experience. Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts. Exposure to generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering. Experience with Python or R; familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus. Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Prior AI Project work performed in a previous roll preferred Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or operating systems preferred Prior coursework or projects related to machine learning or AI prefferred Work Environment:
This is primarily an office classification, and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. May work offsite in various environments; travel may be required.

The position occasionally bends, stoops, reaches, pushes and pulls drawers to retrieve and file information and lifts and carries reports, records, and other materials that typically weigh less than 30 pounds.
