Controls Engineering Managers will be working full-time, and salaries are anticipated to be between $120,000-160,000 salary based on each candidate's experience and education. Qualified Controls Engineering Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of recent/relevant process controls engineering experience in capital equipment for paint finishing, water/wastewater, heat treatment, steel/metal finishing, or closely related industry experience. Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLC programming is essential. Solid knowledge of process controls equipment including fluid mechanics, Process and Instrumentation layout and design (P&ID), and sensors. Previous leadership experience as a Manager/Team Leader/Project Engineer is strongly preferred. Will consider Project Management or closely related experience. Travel is anticipated to be 30-50% initially, but will decrease to 20% overnight travel. Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered). Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
