Program Coordinator
At Right At School, we provide enriching before and after school programs focused on disguised learning activities designed to promote the success of every student! Program Coordinator Pay Rate:
$22.50-24.50/hr (dependent on education and experience) Schedule:
Monday-Friday Split Shift; Before School: 6:15am-9:35am Mon-Fri After School: 3:00pm-6:00pm (Wed only 2:00pm-6:00pm) Your Role Will Involve: Safety & Joy:
Exemplify role model qualities to ensure safety and joy standards are met; support staff in understanding their roles and responsibilities. Maintain operational efficiency by keeping site documents and licensing standards updated, and ensure compliance with attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures. Safety Assurance:
Continuously support and monitor safety protocols to protect the well-being of all participants and proactively identify potential risks within the program environment. Effective Communication:
Foster meaningful communication with families, colleagues, and children to build strong relationships. Respond promptly to inquiries during program hours to maintain transparency; collaborate regularly with the Area Manager on program goals and adjustments as needed. Documentation and Compliance:
Keep accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs, adhering to company policies for attendance procedures. Daily Routine:
Implement engaging daily activities and curricula to create a safe and stimulating environment for every child.
