Job Duties Manage construction projects ranging from $200k-$300k (with occasional larger projects up to $15M) Oversee office remodels, door replacements, drywall work, and related construction activities Work primarily from the office with site visits to locations within 2 hours of Fond Du Lac Collaborate with the estimating team and field personnel Manage both negotiated (40%) and hard bid (60%) projects Utilize modern construction technology and equipment Qualifications
3+ years experience in general construction as Project Manager or Superintendent ready to advance Experience with smaller construction companies preferred Background in subcontracting or residential construction considered Familiarity with concrete and carpentry work beneficial Desired Traits
