Role Overview:
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support the Project Manager in coordinating and managing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll be involved in scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and daily operations—playing a vital role in the success of every project.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones
Support procurement of materials, subcontractors, and services
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed
Help ensure safety compliance and quality control standards
Monitor project costs and assist in budget tracking
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of relevant construction or project coordination experience
Familiarity with construction documents, scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore), and project management software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
