Summary: The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Supplier Training and relationships Work with Capacity Planning with SDEs and supplier base Analyze technology, resource needs and run metrics Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Work closely with Category to maintain full, timely, accurate data
Qualifications:
4-year Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Supplier related experience. Must have recent Microsoft Office experience and will be asked to demonstrate. Good Writing Skills
Desired Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$49.00 - $50.00/hr . Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
