We are seeking a highly motivated
Associate Principal Scientist
with deep expertise in
data science and bioinformatics
to join our dynamic and growing team. This individual will play a critical role in mining and analyzing large-scale datasets to support
target identification, mechanism of action (MOA) studies , and
biomarker strategy development .

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex, large-scale biological datasets; develop and maintain scalable analysis pipelines. Design and apply advanced analytical approaches and
machine learning algorithms
to discover novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers. Collaborate with wet-lab scientists to design experiments and interpret data for
target identification
and
MOA studies . Create compelling
data visualizations
and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to biomarker strategy development for current and future drug discovery programs. Actively participate in cross-functional team discussions, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Stay abreast of developments in bioinformatics, data science, and aging-related research. Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in
Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science , or a related field with
1-4 years
of post-graduate experience; or Minimum
3 years
of experience analyzing large-scale biological datasets. Proficiency in programming languages such as
R ,
Python , or
MATLAB . Strong knowledge of
statistical analysis
and
machine learning
methods. Hands-on experience with
NGS data analysis
(e.g., RNA-seq, DNA methylation, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq). Familiarity with
proteomics
and integrating
multi-omics datasets . Excellent
problem-solving
skills and strong attention to detail. Proven ability to communicate complex data clearly across multidisciplinary teams. Flexible and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the
pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry . Familiarity with public databases and datasets related to
aging biology . Knowledge of
in vivo models
for healthspan and longevity. A track record of
scientific publications
or
patents
