has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a talented
Senior Software Engineer
for our client, a rapidly growing digital solutions organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative development across cloud, web, and mobile platforms in a collaborative Agile environment.
This full-time, direct-hire opportunity is onsite in Dallas, TX with a starting salary range of $110K - $120K annually.

Develop and deploy features across web, mobile, and API layers in an Agile Scrum environment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship within a cross-functional product team. Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, secure deployments, and performance. Promote best practices in software architecture, cloud integration, and Agile delivery. Guide adoption of cloud infrastructure (Azure, Terraform, etc.) and optimize system performance. Champion code quality through peer reviews, test automation, and production-focused design. Influence cross-team collaboration, process improvement, and product innovation. What You Will Need
4-6 years of hands-on software development experience. Proficiency in one or more high-level programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Go). Experience building and deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins). Strong background in web/mobile development: Angular, JavaScript, Xamarin, .NET Core. Deep knowledge of databases: SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL (e.g., CosmosDB). Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and leading continuous improvement efforts. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications
Experience with low-code platforms like OutSystems or Logic Apps. Familiarity with code scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx). Knowledge of ESBs such as TIBCO BusinessWorks and scripting (PowerShell, Bash). Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and TestNG.
