Job Title: Electrical Assemblers
Location: Windsor Mill, MD
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:15pm
What's the Job?
Assemble and inspect cables according to specifications outlined in mechanical and electrical drawings.
Perform quality checks to ensure all cables are assembled to meet or exceed company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may rise during the assembly process.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
What's Needed?
Previous experience (1 year minimum) with electrical assembly, cable assembly OR electrical trade graduate.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and blue prints accurately
Trade School Certification is a plus but
not
required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
