Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled
SailPoint Lead/Architect
to design, implement, and maintain our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role will lead the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) architecture, development, and integration initiatives, working closely with security, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient identity lifecycle and access governance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across enterprise environments. Define technical roadmaps and integration strategies with other IAM and security tools. Develop custom connectors, rules, workflows, and policies in SailPoint IIQ. Oversee implementation of identity provisioning, role-based access controls (RBAC), access certifications, and policy enforcement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform SailPoint upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and ensure best practices in coding and design. Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA). Maintain and update system documentation, runbooks, and architectural diagrams. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 8+ years of experience in IAM, with 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance requirements. Expertise in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL for customization and integration. Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, HR systems, and other authoritative sources. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations. Solid understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.). Experience in Agile or DevOps environments is a plus. SailPoint certifications (e.g., IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect) preferred. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other IAM tools (Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, etc.) Prior experience in cloud IAM integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
