APM/Project Manager - Marine/Bridge
Are you an experienced Marine Assistant Project Manager with a strong track record of leading projects in the marine and coastal sectors? We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and results-driven professional to join a growing team in Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse range of complex marine construction projects, from start to finish, while collaborating with talented teams in the industry.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage marine construction projects, including dredging, marine structures, bulkheads, piers, and more. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met and maintain the highest safety standards. Conduct site inspections, manage permitting processes, and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration across all levels. Prepare and present project reports, manage risk assessments, and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule. Qualifications:
Proven experience in marine construction project management, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects. Extensive knowledge of marine construction processes, including site assessments, dredging, and installation of marine infrastructure. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and ensure clear communication across all project stages. Proficient in project management software and tools, with experience in cost estimation, scheduling, and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). PMP certification is a plus. Why This Role?
