Key Responsibilities: • Log into Cisco switches (CLI) and Red Hat Linux servers to perform connectivity checks and basic diagnostics. • Run standard Linux shell commands to validate system health and network paths. • Perform basic network troubleshooting (e.g., interface status, port activity, device reachability). • Coordinate and communicate across internal infrastructure teams (such as the Global Data Center and Core Network Engineering) and with external vendors. • Document all actions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within ticketing systems. • Escalate more complex issues to Level 3 engineers while maintaining ownership of follow-up communication. • Maintain a high degree of clarity and professionalism in written and verbal communication, especially when working with challenging stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: • 2-5 years of experience in a network operations or infrastructure support role. • Basic hands-on experience with:

-Cisco switch CLI (logging in, checking interfaces, gathering info).

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting infrastructure in a large enterprise or financial services environment. • Exposure to data center environments or hybrid infrastructure models. • Understanding of networking basics (IP, subnets, VLANs, DNS, etc.) and monitoring tools.
