Title- Business Analyst - Alternate Assets Location : Boston, MA, 2-3 days hybrid Contract- 9/9 to 12/27 - 3 months, with a possibility of extension Please make sure the candidate knows it's a three months contract. Essential Requirements and Responsibilities : Write user stories for alternative asset platform features Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: portfolio managers, quants, marketing, operations, risk, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way Communicating effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders, occasionally providing senior leadership with monthly status reports Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements uthor and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver business requirements and documentation Seven or more years of experience in a business analyst or technical role within a financial institution Knowledge of alternative assets/investments (real estate, private equity, private credit) Understanding of back-office operations (portfolio management/trading/compliance systems) Proven analytical abilities Strong familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in generating process documentation and reports Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong working knowledge of other Microsoft applications, including Visio Proven ability to manage projects and user testing Extensive experience with data visualization Technical writing (user stories, functional requirements, etc)
