At Custom Truck One Source (CTOS), we design, assemble, sell, rent, and service trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment that power our nation's infrastructure. Our clients include leading utilities, telecom, construction, forestry, oil, and rail companies.

We're Hiring motivated individuals for the following positions:

Production Equipment Assemblers / Mechanics Welders / Fabricators Schedule

Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (Overtime until 3:30 PM or as needed) Equipment:

Boom Trucks / Cranes Bucket / Dump Trucks Digger Derricks Utility Trucks & More We're seeking individuals with high mechanical aptitude or vocational training.

12-volt electrical wiring experience (trailers, wire harnesses, etc.). Truck, Auto Mechanics shop related experienced (preferred but not required). Knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, hydraulic systems, and welding. A desire to learn and grow. Job Summary:

As part of the Installation Production Team, you will be responsible for upfitting and customizing vehicles to CTOS specifications. This includes:

Installing and wiring electrical components for utility trucks, cranes, and related equipment. Modifying and enhancing vehicles to meet industry-specific needs. Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical and lighting modifications (12V systems). Work with electrical components such as switches, relays, fuses, and circuit breakers. Wire electrical systems for various vehicles using schematics. Build custom wiring harnesses and ensure proper splicing, crimping, and soldering. Run wiring harnesses along truck frames and between drive axles. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Required Skills:

High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Basic computer skills. Ability to read and follow wiring schematics and written instructions. Physical Requirements:

Work in a shop environment and outdoors. Stand or walk on concrete and uneven surfaces for 8+ hours daily. Pay & Benefits:
