Summary:
The AI Infrastructure Organization at Meta is seeking a technical leader to join our team and work on the next generation of AI Experiences for Post Training/Agents Enablement. As a technical leader in the team, you will play a critical role in building the core AI tech powering the experiences for agentic flows. We have the opportunity to build the next platform/components powered by the latest and greatest AI technologies.
Required Skills:
Software Engineering Manager, AI Infrastructure Responsibilities:
Support and grow a team of Machine Learning and Software Engineers
Develop technical vision, long-term strategy and set direction for the team and the organization
Drive execution of developing components and systems that are crucial to the end user experience
Present the team's work and plans
Communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with cross-functional partners and peer teams to facilitate large-scale projects
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience and track of record in building products in a time-sensitive environment,
3+ years of hands on experience in ML/AI space and shipping AI solutions to end users
2+ years of hands on supporting and leading teams
Experience in developing large-scale AI services
Experience with cross functional collaboration with product and platform teams, as well as non-engineering functions
Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance management
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large scale training
Experience with Post Training/Fine-tuning
Experience with AI agent development
Public Compensation:
$177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
