Charlie's was founded in quality, and we are proud that it is still our focus.With a team of dedicated people who are passionate about food, supply chain, and their community we are looking for like minded individuals to help further our goal to enhance our communities through quality produce.What we offer:An amazing company culture!Medical/Dental/Vision on the first of the month following hire.ESOP (Profit Sharing) and 401(k).Paid vacations, paid holidays.Paid sick time 100% Prepaid College Tuition for employees and their dependents.Employee assistance program (EAP).Additional Compensation Details:Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenureJob DescriptionEssential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To:Monitor the cold chain channel from incoming goods to outgoing.Verifies temperature in plant/productsPre-Shipment ReviewConducts Pre-Ops to include ATP swabbingVerifies Critical Control Points, Good Manufacturing Practices during productionProperly fill out and maintain food safety formsWork with management to enforce company policies and procedures pertaining to food safety to ensure best practices are followed and reinforced.Other tasks and duties as directed by Processing Manager.QualificationsDesired Minimum Qualifications:Ability to comprehend simple instructions. Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations (reading scale).Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved oral instructions.Must follow instructions, respond to management direction.Attendance is critical; employee must be dependable to report to work on time as scheduled.
