Position:

Fiserv Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with hands-on experience working with Fiserv data and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services data structures, reporting requirements, and compliance standards, and will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Fiserv data systems. Work with Fiserv platforms (e.g., DNA, Signature, VisionPlus, etc.) to extract and analyze data relevant to operations, compliance, and customer insights. Interpret Fiserv data to develop actionable business insights and generate reports using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools. Support system integration, migration, and enhancement initiatives involving Fiserv data sources. Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to Fiserv data usage, reporting, and workflows. Collaborate with IT/data teams to ensure accurate data mapping and integration between Fiserv and internal systems. Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory, and security standards (PCI DSS, GLBA, etc.). Participate in UAT testing, data validation, and QA processes. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services domain. Strong experience working with Fiserv data or platforms (e.g., DNA, Signature, or others). Proficient in SQL and data extraction from Fiserv databases. Experience creating business and technical documentation - BRDs, FRDs, data dictionaries, etc. Solid understanding of banking operations, financial products, and compliance needs. Preferred Skills:

Experience with Fiserv APIs or custom interfaces. Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAS for data visualization. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA or Confluence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
