Must be comfortable coding in Java or similar programming language, debugging, writing quality-of-life snippets, writing scripts for debugging and updates and familiarity with Linux bash scripting"
Must be a clear, empathetic communicator.
Must be willing to execute support issues while also building out the function and automating repeat issues.
The ability to identify corner cases, add validations will help us understand problem solving ability. Knowledge of standard support ticketing, prioritization and SDLC processes and tools Gitlab, incident management, JIRA etc.
30-40% effort would be in enhancement/automation/small fixes.
