Description: Support the mission of delivering comprehensive behavioral health services. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects. Enhance clinical operations and organizational performance. Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners. Ensure projects stay on track-on time, within scope, and within budget. Strategic thinker and strong communicator. Manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of cross-departmental projects. Facilitate regular meetings and monitor milestones. Manage project documentation and risks. Apply methodologies to streamline workflows. Track and report KPIs to stakeholders. Prepare summary updates and leadership presentations. Support executive teams with strategic planning tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of project management experience or relevant training. PMP or Lean Healthcare Certification preferred. Healthcare background and familiarity with accreditation standards are a plus. Proficiency in office and project management tools. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Valid NC or SC driver's license required.
