RESPONSIBILITIES Job Specific Competencies: Ensure quality of care by developing and interpreting JCMG's philosophies and standard of care; enforcing adherence to state board of nursing and the state's nurse practice act requirements; measuring health outcomes against standards and making or recommending adjustments. Completes patient care requirements by scheduling and assigning medical office staff, following up on work results. Maintains nursing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and JCMG policies and procedures. Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures. Maintains staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations. Provides information to patients and healthcare team by answering questions and/or requests. Resolves patient needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Maintains safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from staff or other healthcare professionals. Protects patients and employees by developing and interpreting infection-control policies and protocols. Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information, responding to requests, building rapport, and participating in team problem solving methods. Ensure that nursing staff remains in compliance with professional development and regulatory standards. Maintain a healthy, collaborative team environment. Screen and interview candidates. Address patient complaints in a compassionate and timely fashion Oversee daily practice operations, including appointment scheduling, billing procedures, debt collections, cleaning, security, and occupational health and safety. Control the supply of medications and medical equipment Perform other duties as assigned. JCMG Core Competencies:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license in the state of Missouri preferred, but not required. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business preferred LNHA license my be considered in lieu of formal education requirements Experience:

5+ years nursing experience Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a large team 3 years supervisory experience Certification/License:

MO LPN or RN license in good standing BCLS certification LNHA license Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to problem solve and make good decisions Ability to work effectively with Physicians, Administrative/Management staff, internal and external customers, and patients. Excellent computer skills Ability to work efficiently under time constraints Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously WORK ENVIRONMENT

Works in heated and air-conditioned area consistent with a normal office environment.

Pay Range:

$75,557.93 - $92,558.46 per year
