Brief Description ABOUT THE JOB This position works with a supportive and exceptional team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in a fast paced Mental Health outpatient clinic environment. Rooming patients and maintaining the flow of the office, documenting in the EHR which could include client contact notes, laboratory results, and medication reconciliation. This position is also responsible for administering injections, preparing a high volume of Rx Refills for the medical providers, triaging and documenting outside agency phone calls, initiating Drug Prior Authorizations for ongoing management, collecting oral swab drug screenings, stocking and inventorying clinic supplies, and medication sample management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Graduation from high school or possession of the equivalent GED certificate. Three (3) years of experience working within a health or human services field. Must be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant.
