We recently expanded to five locations, including a brand-new Gym and Golf Performance Studio in Hot Springs Village — featuring two TrackMan Golf Simulators, a Gears 3D Motion Capture System, and a 3,000 sq ft state-of-the-art wellness gym. This unique setup offers new Physical Therapists an exciting opportunity to integrate cutting-edge technology, sports performance, and wellness into their treatment plans.

What We Offer New Grads:
One-on-one clinical mentorship with experienced outpatient therapists
Immediate hands-on experience using TrackMan, Gears 3D, and functional fitness equipment
Professional development opportunities beyond basic CEUs
Realistic productivity expectations to focus on quality care, not numbers
A fun, friendly, and community-centered culture rooted in teamwork and patient success
Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement and progress evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Incorporate golf-specific rehab, strength training, and motion analysis tools (optional interest)
Accurately document patient progress and modify plans as needed
Participate in collaborative team meetings and continuous learning initiatives
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree (Required)
Eligible for Arkansas State PT Licensure (License must be active at time of hire)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Excitement for innovation, sports medicine, and wellness-based rehabilitation
