The individual will assist physicians with interventional procedures. Other job duties include but are not limited to:Performs diagnostic sonographic imaging procedures.Performs quality control and quality assessment.Assists physicians with Prostate Biopsy procedures.Participates in staff in-service program.Schedules patients for procedures.Assists clerical area when needed.Perform EMR/PACS functions.Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:Must be a graduate from a recognized Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, or meet clinical experience, didactic course work and alternative eligibility as specified in the ARDMS application for certification instructions.Employee must be RVT and/or RVS and RDMS registry eligible upon hire. Employee will be required to obtain RVT and/or RVS and RDMS within first 18 months.If employee is RDMS or registry eligible, no additional experience necessary.
