As a Condo Services Representative, you will support the Kingston Condo Rental Program to increase units on our managed rental program, ensure compliance with established standards and is an ambassador of the hotel to Kingston Rental Owners. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

Solicit unit owners to join the Kingston Condo rental program. Conduct daily solicitation calls, property tours and unit inspections to identify rental options, strengthen relationships with real estate agents to build program awareness and knowledge. Handle all unit owner requests, inquiries and concerns, check unit owner arrivals to ensure inventories are at par. Take appropriate action to address deficiencies with hotel staff and/or unit owner. Conduct bi-monthly/quarterly unit inspections, communicate findings to unit owner. Assure compliance with owner/developer guidelines and the Department's standard operating procedures. Reserve and assign condos to incoming homeowners and their guests. Cover condo service office duties. Assist Housekeeping department with inspecting, inventories and stripping of units, as needed.
