Job Title: Power Apps Developer
Full Time Huntsville, AL Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Apps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (Flow), and SharePoint. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). Automate business processes using Power Automate workflows integrated with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of apps and workflows. Maintain documentation of solutions, architecture, and processes. Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of developed solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps and Power Automate). Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions, customization). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Secret security clearance (or eligibility). Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-400, or similar). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Understanding of relational databases and integrating with SQL Server (on-premises). Knowledge of Power BI development is a plus.
