In conjunction with the Gastroenterology and Pulmonary practitioners, assumes responsibility for coordinating the delivery of care for the GI and pulmonary patient. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of nursing theory and practice involved in providing nursing care. Familiarity with organization and function of departments, policies, procedures and regulations. Orchestrates the care of patients with gastrointestinal and pulmonary diseases/disorders, including oncologic disease that need an endoscopic procedure.EducationBachelors Degree : in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program. (Required)Masters Degree : in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program. (Preferred)Experience3 Years experience as a Registered Nurse (Required)General experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record.
