PT or FT Clinical Supervisor (LPCC-S)

TEAM first.Provide clinical supervision ion for assigned staff, reviewing and signing all clinical documentation, as needed. Provide clinicians with direct feedback, as needed. Provide individual and/or family mental health counseling and appropriate and effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to the client's treatment plan. Complete MHAs, including accurate mental health diagnoses.Complete treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with client. Complete timely and well-written documentation. Progress notes should be completed and signed daily, or within 24 hours for billing purposes. Participate in Peer/case review, supervision, and other quality improvement activities.
