The position is for an experienced application developer who will be part of the Sanctions Technology team. The role requires knowledge of the FircoSoft product suite, with expertise in implementing FircoSoft Continuity & Trust applications in OpenShift, Oracle, and MS SQL databases to support the Sanctions & Screening compliance department within the Financial Crimes program. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, analyzing, implementing, and maintaining FircoSoft Continuity & Trust applications for sanctions screening, AML, and regulatory compliance throughout their lifecycle. The developer will deliver and integrate these applications within enterprise systems to ensure compliance with standards and AML case management platforms like Actimize and SAS, while ensuring regulatory adherence. Collaboration with business owners, agile teams, and compliance teams to understand goals and provide solutions is essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design, configure, integrate, analyze, implement, and maintain FircoSoft Continuity & Trust applications for sanctions screening, AML, and compliance. Manage database objects such as tables, views, and stored procedures in Oracle and MS SQL environments. Ensure FircoSoft functionalities align with compliance policies, providing automated tools for regulation monitoring. Participate in compliance reviews, audits, and remediation to meet regulatory requirements. Develop tailored coding and software integration solutions using project-specific tools. Build monitoring capabilities and support for complex applications in production. Maintain security controls and monitoring in line with company standards. Lead and support development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex solutions, including unit testing and release support. Lead moderate projects and contribute to larger initiatives. Additional Responsibilities: Solve complex operational problems and mentor less experienced team members. Oversee small team work when applicable. In Agile environments, deliver high-quality software, automate tasks, participate in refining user stories, and develop automated tests and monitoring tools. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 4-7 years of experience or equivalent education and training. Deep knowledge of IT systems and best practices. Understanding of business processes related to IT. Project management and problem-solving skills. Mentoring capabilities and effective communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with FircoSoft products, OpenShift, and financial crime solutions. Knowledge of banking/financial services, database management, cloud platforms, containerization, and API integration. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills. Additional Skillsets:
Proficiency in PL/SQL, Java, scripting, web services, and familiarity with tools like Postman and Mulesoft. Strong time management and Microsoft Office skills. Work Conditions & Benefits:
