It Support Analyst Ii
Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Analyst II to a medical device manufacturer based in Hillsboro, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing IT systems and providing technical support in a hybrid Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory environment. Key responsibilities include engaging and collaborating with IT colleagues in a cross-functional team environment. Oversee the inventory, configuration, installation, and maintenance of computer software and hardware. Administer Microsoft Office 365 accounts/licenses, Exchange users, mailboxes, and associated objects using Active Directory in a hybrid environment. Provide routine analysis and technical support, addressing systemic issues to improve overall performance. Communicate effectively with internal teams, users, and external vendors to resolve technical challenges. Contact and coordinate with hardware and software vendors as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Perform network troubleshooting to resolve user and system issues. Develop and maintain system documentation, ensuring all procedures and configurations are well-documented. Requirements include 7+ years of related experience in IT Support or Tier II capacity. Minimum 5 years of experience managing Microsoft Office 365 tenants, Exchange, and Microsoft Active Directory in a hybrid environment. Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques related to computers, operating systems, common Windows applications, and network troubleshooting. Nice-to-have skills include experience working in a discrete manufacturing environment. Familiarity with interfacing IT software and hardware systems with CNC machines. Soft skills include effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical users. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
