Detailed Skills Requirements FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, Master's with 5+ years, or 11+ years of experience in lieu of a degree. 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer. Strong technical leadership skills and initiative. Excellent communication skills; experience with US Federal Government is preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Willingness to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, 5 days a week. FACTORS TO HELP YOU SHINE (Required Skills) 8+ years developing ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR. 5+ years in technical discussions and reviews. Experience with ServiceNow platform integrations and third-party technologies. 5+ years in system architecture, design, and impacts. Supporting IT data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM). Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, etc. Technical leadership experience in driving change. HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD (Desired Skills) ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS certifications (Customer Service Management, ITSM, Discovery, etc.). Web development experience: HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java. Experience with scripting, REST/SOAP protocols, Business Rules, Workflows, External Portals, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory. Additional certifications: ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, HR; Project Management or Agile; ITILv4 Foundations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
