Amirian Management Company . Description A Shift Leader is responsible for the restaurant's overall operations during his/her shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure that all company standards are met; company policies and procedures are followed. Ensure costs are properly controlled. Communicate clearly with employees, supervising them effectively to ensure their assignments are completed properly. Inventory supplies and reorder items. Adjust the Par Prep Sheet so that fresh product is continually available to serve guests. Observe and guide crewmembers as they perform their assignments, reallocate labor, and coordinate overall operations. Ensure guests are served quickly and efficiently; solicit guest feedback and resolve complaints. The Shift Leader should exhibit a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, show care for guests and employees, and maintain operational quality and cleanliness standards. Basic computer skills are required for administrative duties. Candidates should be able to learn quickly, maintain cash variances, have reliable transportation, and project a professional appearance and positive attitude. This position requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing motions such as pushing, pulling, and stretching. Seniority level
