This position is responsible for coordinating work between the group and the factory, leading engineers to complete the operation and maintenance of the factory's IT equipment, facilities, and systems. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Mandarin and English and possess a strong background in IT management, network administration, cybersecurity, and project management, with proven leadership experience. Position Summary:

This role involves overseeing collaboration between the corporate group and the factory, leading engineering teams to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure within the manufacturing facility. The candidate should be bilingual in Mandarin and English and have extensive experience in IT management, network administration, cybersecurity, project management, and leadership. Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with company objectives, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations. Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective procurement of IT solutions and services. Supervise and support the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure effective service delivery and project execution. Manage IT service delivery and user support at the manufacturing site to ensure smooth operations. Lead digital factory initiatives for new workshops, production lines, and technical projects, including end-user support and troubleshooting. Coordinate with Corporate IT on equipment deployment, vendor communication, network debugging, and deployment activities. Oversee daily IT operations at the site, including data management, user rights, and troubleshooting. Monitor network, dashboards, and servers for timely troubleshooting and resolution of issues. Oversee installation and debugging of industrial software and systems used in the workshop. Provide training, organize SOPs, and manage workshop IT assets. Participate in planning, documentation, and deployment of new IT projects aligned with business goals. Implement corporate IT policies, gather IT needs, and provide feedback to Corporate IT. Qualifications and Experience:

BSc in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related; Masters preferred. Over 7 years of corporate IT experience, including at least 3 years in team management, with experience in manufacturing/quality/warehouse logistics IT projects (e.g., SAP, MES, QMS, WMS, SFC, SCADA). Proficiency in multi-server environments (Microsoft/Linux/Citrix), LAN/WAN, Fiber optics, Cisco/HP networking, MS Exchange, MS SQL, VMware Vsphere/HyperV, IBM AS/400, and Thin client applications. Experience with manufacturing processes and engineering in PV solar and electronics industries, with ability to install and troubleshoot IT hardware/software effectively. Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks and enterprise IT outsourcing. Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to handle work pressure. Fluent in Chinese and English, suitable for work in both languages. Deep understanding of physical and virtual networks, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in IT hardware/software setup and maintenance.
