Orange County, CA (Hybrid/Remote Options Available) $150,000 $190,000 plus bonus opportunities A national law firm is seeking an attorney with experience in Labor and Employment Law to join their California litigation team. Key Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of labor and employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and compliance Provide practical legal advice to employers regarding wage and hour issues, sexual harassment, and workplace policies Manage a caseload of individual and class actions from inception to conclusion, with a focus on Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims Conduct legal research; draft pleadings and motions; represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations Collaborate with team members and clients to develop case and trial strategies Qualifications:
Prior experience practicing Labor & Employment law, especially PAGA cases, required California Bar License required Commitment to regular client communication and proactive client service required What We Offer:
