Quality Assurance Analyst - Project Lead
to join its Medicaid modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, transformational environments and are passionate about improving healthcare systems through quality-driven testing practices. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive QA and UAT test plans Translate business requirements into functional test cases Test application reliability, performance, and usability Create and maintain traceability from test cases to requirements Run and maintain manual and automated testing scripts Participate in defect triage, retesting, and resolution Document test outcomes and process improvements Follow established testing governance and contribute to enhancements Required Skills:
Translating requirements into test cases Building and executing test scenarios Experience in healthcare operations (Medicaid preferred) Strong communication and issue tracking/reporting skills Hands-on experience with formal test design tools Preferred Experience:
Experience in large enterprise or e-business systems Proficient with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or healthcare field (or equivalent experience) No certifications required; technical or project management certifications are a plus
