Your responsibilities include: Coordinating unit activities to promote excellence in nursing practice Providing direct patient care-medication administration, assessments, treatments, and family education Facilitating admissions, discharges, and transfers Supporting staff development, process improvements, and resource management Serving as a clinical leader, making nursing decisions within your scope of practice Spend over 50% of your time delivering direct patient care while leading your team to success! Shift Requirements: Primarily mid-shift and evening hours. Flexibility for some day-shift hours.
