About the Role:
Louisiana SPCA is looking for a highly detail-oriented
Contract Data Entry Clerk
to assist with entering rabies license information into our internal database. This is a short-term contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately input rabies license data into a digital database from paper or electronic source document Review, verify, and validate data for completeness and accuracy Identify and correct data entry errors using established procedures Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies Collaborate with supervisors or team members to resolve data discrepancies Experience:
Proven data entry or administrative experience Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficient typing skills (speed and accuracy will be tested) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience with veterinary or licensing data (a plus, but not required) Requirements

Should not be allergic to animals; must be able to work around all animals
Working Environment:
