Staff Developer . We seek a passionate, dynamic leader to help grow and guide our instructional team. Your role will involve designing, facilitating, and sustaining meaningful professional development that translates into classroom success. You will embody our values through your leadership and teaching. Essential Responsibilities: Coach and Champion Great Teaching Visit classrooms regularly and provide timely, actionable feedback to teachers Assist educators in creating standards-aligned lessons that foster deep learning Analyze student work with teachers to refine instruction Support differentiation and inclusive practices to reach all learners

Fuel Professional Growth Identify learning needs and organize internal and external professional development Lead data-driven discussions and planning with teachers and leadership Coordinate peer observation cycles and reflection sessions Empower teacher-leaders to share expertise and influence school-wide practices

Be a Key Player in Our School Community Participate in the instructional leadership team and assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff Support parent-teacher conferences, family engagement, and student showcases Contribute during arrival, dismissal, and lunch/recess to foster community Lead or support extended learning programs such as tutoring or summer school Review report cards and progress reports for consistency and accuracy Ensure bulletin boards display high-quality student work

Drive Curriculum Success Serve as an expert on NYS Learning Standards and curricula Develop or adapt materials to ensure access for multilingual learners and students with IEPs Maintain curriculum fidelity and organize instructional materials Design and deliver professional development on curriculum and standards Organize instructional materials for accessibility and proper use

Required Experience and Qualifications: Master's degree in education or related field At least 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience Minimum 1 year in staff development, coaching, or consulting Deep knowledge of NYS elementary learning standards Familiarity with high-quality curricula in ELA, math, science, and social studies Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating professional development Strong instructional modeling and adult leadership skills Understanding of adult learning theory and coaching practices Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of change management and group facilitation Ability to build trusting relationships and communicate effectively Solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership style Commitment to staff, student, and family growth Successful completion of pre-employment fingerprinting and reference checks Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications: Over 3 years of impactful elementary classroom teaching experience NYS teaching certification Fluency in Spanish (speaking, writing, understanding)

12-month schedule Work Environment/Physical Effort:

Regular sitting, standing, walking, stair climbing, speaking, visual and auditory observation, computer operation, reaching, bending, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds in a school environment with limited elevator access. Compensation:

Salary range $87,000$92,000, based on experience, education, and certifications. This is an exempt role. Additional Benefits:
