Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in master data management, governance, or a related role. Hands-on experience with EBX is strongly preferred. Proven track record of managing teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and driving organizational change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with data governance frameworks. Experience with enterprise systems integration using APIs, data streaming, and/or ETL tools. Certifications in data governance or MDM technologies (e.g., EBX certifications, CDMP) are an advantage. Proven ability to work with all levels of management internally and externally. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with an aptitude for project management and meeting deadlines.
