Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of experience in application development. Proficiency in primary technologies: Java, Spring Framework, Kafka, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, AWS S3, Terraform, Dynatrace. Experience with Kotlin. Secondary skills include: .NET, C, HTML, MSSQL, OpenShift, Okta, Launch Darkly, Splunk. Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Strong understanding of SDLC processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and a proactive attitude to learn new skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
