Job Description: We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Administrator
with a strong background in
Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP)
and other Salesforce tools tailored for non-profit organizations.
This is a
hybrid on-site contract
opportunity based in
New York City , and candidates
must reside in the NYC Tri-State area
with the ability to
commute easily to NYC .
No relocation assistance
will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Salesforce NPSP for a large non-profit organization. Collaborate with development, fundraising, marketing, and operations teams to understand and support Salesforce needs. Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process builders. Perform regular system audits, data cleanups, and prepare for Salesforce updates. Develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track KPIs and other metrics. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Work closely with third-party vendors and consultants when necessary. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience , including declarative automation. Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) . Solid understanding of donor management, fundraising processes, and CRM best practices in a non-profit context. Strong skills in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and security setup. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be located in the
NYC Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT) . Must be able to
attend on-site interviews
and
work on-site in NYC
2-3 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). Experience with third-party apps commonly used by non-profits (e.g., Classy, Form Assembly, Pardot/Marketing Cloud). Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms and APIs.
