Analyze and figure out where to look for issues, strong presence of mind, ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Great communication, ability to navigate with multiple groups - with great collaborative attitude. .Net Application Production Support experience - can handle scenario based issues Excellent, structured and assertive communication .NET application and associated prod support tools Experience with trading applications Dynatrace Other traits : • Proactive, and someone who can take ownership to drive resolution • Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts, and reacting quickly • Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat product issues • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to ensure success
