The Assistant Nurse Manager, Progressive Care/Telemetry- B12, assumes 24-hour accountability and responsibility for the operation of the assigned unit. He/she combines clinical expertise with the application of leadership and nursing management principles to deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care and ensure satisfaction to both internal and external customers. Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school. Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
Must possess 5 years of experience in a similar setting/unit.
Evidence of progressive leadership responsibilities.
Current and maintained clinical skills and knowledge to provide direct care for a caseload of patients as required. Assumes administrative responsibilities in the absence of the nurse manager and provides coverage for other colleagues. Working knowledge of cardiac rhythms to be able to assist with the cardiac monitor station. #LI-SB1 Benefits
