Title: Salesforce Delivery Manager
Location : Local to Sacramento or in an around Northern California or ready to relocate
Mandatory Qualifications
The Delivery Manger must possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business Management from an accredited college or university. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis. Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience. Example: If the experience requirement is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree, a total of nine (9) years must be submitted to claim this qualification. The Delivery Manager must have a minimum of five (5) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last 7 years as a Delivery/Project Manager on a Salesforce implementation project. Primary duties for the delivery manager are to ensure the project team prepares and make documents acceptable to client, organize User Acceptance Testing, lead the project team's day-to-day activities, resolve problems and/or barriers as they arise, monitor progress, document and track issues and risks, communicate or escalate concerns to the Senior Project Manager, and to client any challenges with the quality and timely delivery of all components to the project delivery. Ownership to execute all supporting project plans, (e.g., communication, change control, issue tracking, change management, etc.) with assistance from the project team to setup and deliver software and other technology as specified for the project scope. The Delivery Manager must have a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience as a Delivery/ Project Manager on a Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementation project. The Delivery Manger must have a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience as a Delivery/ Project Manger for a Salesforce SaaS implementation with, a project budget of at least $10 million, and a project duration of at least two years in City, County, or Calif. State Government. The Delivery Manager must have a valid certification as a Scrum Alliance - Certified Scrum Master. Submit a copy of the certificate. Desirable Qualifications
The Delivery Manager has a Project Management Institute (PMI) - Project Management Professional. The certifications must be active and not expire by the time of proposal submission. Submit a copy of the PMP with the proposal. The Delivery Manager has a minimum of one (1) year to five (5) years of FTE experience within the last 10 years of implementing Salesforce. The Salesforce application system must be for a state, county or city government with a population greater than 1,000,000 people. The Delivery Manager has a minimum of one (1) year to five (5) years of FTE experience within the last 10 years implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. The Delivery Manager has a minimum of one (1) year to five (5) years of FTE experience within the last 10 years implementing State of CA Technology Implementation project experience. The Delivery Manager has a minimum of one (1) year to five (5) years of FTE experience within the last 10 years implementing other State & Local Government projects R Systems Desirable
