Our client is seeking an Access Management Analyst to join their team. As an Access Management Analyst, you will be part of the security and compliance department supporting the overall IT security framework. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Nashville, TN (On-site)
What's the Job?
Review, validate, and fulfill access requests in accordance with the Need to Know principle and established approval workflows. Ensure all access provisioning and deprovisioning activities are logged, auditable, and compliant with internal policies and external standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). Conduct periodic access reviews and recertification campaigns to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to assess risks associated with access requests and escalate anomalies. Maintain documentation for access control procedures, including onboarding/offboarding processes and exception handling. What's Needed?
Proven experience in access management or a related field. Strong understanding of security policies and compliance standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
