The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic investor relations program that aligns with the company's mission, scientific milestones, and public responsibilities. This role involves close collaboration with the executive team to ensure consistent and compelling external communication, as well as compliance with SEC regulations and company disclosure policies. The VP will also lead investor targeting strategies, support crisis communications, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
