Core Responsibilities: Operations Management:

Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Control costs and optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and health codes.

Menu Development And Planning:

Develop, implement, and evaluate menus, considering customer preferences and dietary needs. Stay updated on food trends and culinary techniques.

Inventory Management:

Manage food and beverage inventory, including ordering, storage, and stock control. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.

Customer Service:

Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for customers. Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

Financial Management:

Monitor and control food and beverage costs. Prepare budgets and forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Skills And Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations. Experience in menu development and cost control. Ability to manage staff and build a high-performing team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
