Founded in 1987, Associated Pharmacies, Inc. (API, now a subsidiary of AAP) is a member-owned buying cooperative that features a distribution warehouse. API also designs and implements services for its members needed to run a successful business.
API is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
Position: Customer Service Representative - Full-time (Normal work schedule Mon-Fri, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm, onsite only)
Reports To: Account Services Manager
Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound calling duties Receive and respond to customer inquiries - pricing, shipping information, anticipated delays, etc. Resolve customer complaints and problems Process orders received by various methods Process paperwork related to warehouse accounts and/or programs Confer with warehouse and management personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments Produce various reports Maintain and install Scan & Toss ordering program Additional duties as required Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred Must have excellent computer skills Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with difficult situations Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Must have a good speaking voice and use proper grammar Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access software Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic clerical skills Full-time Benefits:
