1st shift Pay Range:

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr, depending on work experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Key Accountabilities Execute preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance throughout the facility Install, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair various electrical components and systems Utilize standard maintenance tools, including power tools and precision instruments Apply maintenance trades such as welding, pipefitting, lubrication, and more Interpret and understand electrical and mechanical schematics and manuals Document work performed and conditions found, using maintenance software as needed Collaborate with peers and management to enhance facility operations Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and aerial lifts Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work environment Perform other assigned duties Qualifications Required Qualifications: Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to perform physical job duties such as lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing Willingness to work in varied indoor and outdoor environmental conditions Ability to work at elevated heights Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written) Capability to work in confined spaces Basic computer proficiency Ability to work overtime, weekends, or on different shifts with prior notice Minimum of one year of experience in Industrial Maintenance Trades Preferred Qualifications: Experience in maintenance trades such as welding, pipefitting, and hydraulics Familiarity with control voltages and various electrical systems Knowledge of safe work practices like Pre-Job Hazard Analysis (PJHA) Trade school certification or degree in a relevant field or military experience Experience with troubleshooting technologies including PLCs and VFDs Familiarity with precision maintenance techniques Experience in maintaining packaging equipment like bottling and filling systems This position does not include relocation reimbursement.
